  • What areas do you normally operate ?

    We are located within the San Francisco Bay area. As such, we regularly service the following counties: San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Marin and Napa.

    If your event’s location is outside this area, send us a message to inquiry further.

  • Do you provide Bartending (service) insurance ?

    Yes, we are insured for all of the services that we offered. If you venue is part of a city facility or municipality, we can provide certificates of endorsement as well as required insurance provisions. Send us a message and we’ll be happy to share more details.

  • Is your staff certified and experienced ?

    Yes, each bartender in our team not only has a fair share share of experience working behind the bar but also has a valid TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification by the state of California.

  • How do I know if the Merry Merry Mobile Bar will physically fit inside my venue ?

    Our mobile bar is 65in wide, 84in tall and 140in long. We have found that for most outdoor venues this is not an issue. This incudes wineries, parks, farms, gold courses, club houses, beach areas.

    Hotel/building spaces that are not at ground level may be an issue if they do not have a freight elevator available.

  • My venue already has a bar, do you provide Bartenders-only services?

    Yes, depending on how large the event is we can arrange for the appropriate number of bartenders to show up and provide service at your event.

    Keep in mind that since we won’t be bringing our own bar, it is necessary for us to fully understand the type of venue and bar equipment that will be available.

  • My venue cannot accommodate the size of the Merry Merry Mobile Bar, do you have any other options?

    Yes we do!

    Although our Merry Merry mobile bar is our preferred and mot popular option we also have pop-up bars that are available to provide our bartending service. These are the typical portable bar setups that you will see at hotel receptions, trade shows, etc.

  • What do you require to reserve a date in your calendar?

    If you are ready to reserve a spot in our calendar to service your event we only require a deposit -which typically runs between 15-20% of the total package cost.

    Once the deposit is paid, we have officially committed to that date/time. The final details of the bartending plan (type of drinks, alcohol purchases, exact event hours, etc.) can be arranged later.

  • How long do you need to setup ?

    Most events require us to begin setting up approximately 1 full hour before service time to make sure that the bar(s) are installed, the decorations are up, and that the bar essentials (cups, bottles, ice, mixers) are ready to go!

  • Hablan Espanol ?
